Lace Bridal Jackets

We offer a bespoke service to our brides who want a lace jacket to wear over their dress, either for the formal part of their wedding day, which can be removed later in the day before the party starts, creating a completely different look for the evening.  Or alternatively to create a unique look to their gown, or to add a little confidence.  No matter why you are thinking of a lace jacket we can help design and produce a truly fabulous look for your very special day.

Our bride, pictured above, chose a light chantilly lace, with matching trims to neckline and wrists.  It has small ivory satin covered buttons for closure, and a double side satin waistband with bow and long ties at the front, a soft pure silk flower, creating a superbly romantic addition to her dress.  The Ivory dress has a fitted satin strapless bodice, with a full skirt made from a pure sillk chiffon.
Our bride above wanted 2 looks for her wedding day..  The bodice of the dress was covered in the same lace as the jacket, but the jacket was adorned with pearls and sequins to give an extra sparkle.  The jacket was finished with a double sided satin waistband, with a large bow and long ties at the back.  Our bride wore a purchased belt to complete her amazing wedding dress.
Our bride wore a lovely strapless dress with chiffon skirt, and to create a fabulous look we designed and created a lace jacket in a corded lace.  The back of the jacket had a keyhole design, which gave not only a very romantic detail, but helped her keep cool on a hot summers day wedding!  The jacket had 3 diamonte buttons at the back neckline, which matched those in the belt.
We also made a complimentary belt to add just a little extra sparkle to her day.
Our bride chose a black and white theme for her special day.  The bride wore a matt duchess satin bustiere under her lace jacket.  The bodice had a deep plunge at the front and the back of the bustiere rose only 2.5cm (1″) above her waist at the back.
The jacket was made of a very soft tulle covered with a scattering of pearls and crystals, which draped beautifully over the bustiere.  It was designed with a crossover style at the back, and so was open to the waist.  Tumble cuffs with pearl buttons to match those on the fabric..  Quite gorgeous.  The waistband is made from a double sided satin, tied at the back with a bow and long ties, and at the centre front of the waistband we created a fabulous design of organza and tulle flowers covered in pearls and crystals.
For your special bridesmaid, this dress is made from a matt duchess satin, covered with a pure silk ivory chiffon.  The satin dress is a matt satin, in a deep rose pink.  The dress has an up to date overlong hemline which falls into a puddle train. The dress has a separate jacket made of a fine chantilly ivory lace, which is sleeveless, and fastens at the back with pearl buttons.  The jacket falls open below the neck at the back to reveal a sumptuous bow with long taills made from the ivory chiffon.
The jacket would be perfect to wear over your wedding dress.

This jacket is worn over a matt satin fit and flare strapless dress. We used a very fine pearl and beaded trim at the neck line and on the cuffs which flattered the fine lace of the jacket.. The waistline of the jacket had a double sided satin finish, with a bow and long ties at the back. We closed the cuffs and back of the jacket using small pearl buttons and loops.

Our bride wore a dress of corded lace, with a matching jacket in ivory corded lace. She created a very elegant look for her special day, with a little extra warmth for the formal part of the day as it was a late summer wedding.

A touch of gold in the midst of winter!
The bride wore a duchess satin fit and flare strapless dress.  She chose a wonderful lace, which had a gold tulle base, embroidered in gold and embellished with crystals and pearls.  The jacket was long line, with godets to create a full and floating hemline.  The fitted sleeves fastened with small pearls, and fell over her wrists for a very romantic finish to the jacket.

Our bride chose a lace which was corded, and embellised with small sequins and pearls. The neck and sleeve hems were fiinished with a matching lace trim. The back closed with small pearls to produce a dazzling finish to the jacket.

Our beautiful bride wore a fabulous strapless dress which had a full chiffon skirt made of pure silk organza. We designed a pretty lace jacket in a chantilly lace, which was a slightly deeper shade of ivory which gave a slight contrast and depth to the dress and jacket.. The cap sleeves and hem had a deep scalloped edge to lengthen the jacket. The lace border worked perfectly as the lace pattern became finer closer to her neck, creating a really interesting design to the jacket.

Our Norweigan bride chose to wear a white strapless dress to match her husbands white suit.  We designed a simple shrug in a fine white lace, which was embroidered and embellished with pearls and crystals.  We also added the lace to the front of her dress, really creating a dazzle to her dress.  The bridesmaids wore black and white dresses, made in a synthetic taffeta.
