Prices of products and postage costs are subject to change at any time. You will always be confirmed of the exact price you will pay before confirming your order. We will not honour any previous prices of products or shipping under any circumstances. When purchasing a product from Julia Grant Moda you will have to pay a delivery charge, This charge is always displayed at the time of ordering and must be paid in full before we can process the order

Delivery.
We always attempt to ship orders next day but at busy periods this may take a little longer. We offer refunds for any reason if the product is returned within 14 days and is in saleable condition. Postage is at your expense. Unfortunately due to hygiene considerations of the products we sell we cannot offer refunds for briefs or knickers. We also cannot offer compensation should your order not arrive on the estimated delivery time/day as this is out of our control. This includes delays caused by adverse weather conditions or 3rd party company delays.

All products that leave our premises are checked and verified to be in perfect condition when we send them out. If, however, the product is damaged in transit or you wish to exchange the product for a different size or even for a different product which we sell, you may do so within 14 days of receipt. We will pay the postage to send the exchanged product to you but you will be responsible for postage charges for items returned to us.

Please note that we cannot and will not be held responsible for any additional taxes or duty/import charges that may be charged to a recipient of a parcel for all overseas customers. If you are unsure if you are likely to be charged.

Julia Grant Moda will not take responsibility for the actions of local customs; courier or postal systems operating in the country of destination; We are also unable to accept liability if your order is delayed, opened or damaged during delivery and by placing your order, you accept that local customs may also levy additional local taxes.
